Giovanni is a Web-based application developed by the GES DISC that provides a simple and intuitive way to visualize, analyze, and access vast amounts of Earth science remote sensing data without having to download the data. Through Giovanni, explore trace gases from OMI, MLS, AIRS, MODIS and UARS/HALOE.

Aura OMI Giovanni-
Provides global distribution of O3, NO2, SO2, and HCHO in addition to Aerosols and Cloud parameters. Users can produce global maps, animations, time series, time-latitude and time-longitude crossections, and can perform correlative analysis.
Aura MLS Giovanni -
Provides plots and Ascii output of vertical profiles of O3, N2O, BrO, ClO, HCl, HOCl, OH, H2O, CO, and other atmospheric dynamic variables.
Provides vertical profilesand global distributions of O3, H2O and other atmospheric variables. Some new parameters (e.g CO and CO2) will be added in the future. Different vertical crossections are also available in addition to animations and time series.
UARS HALOE Giovanni -
Provides vertical Profiles of O3, NO2, NO, HCl, HF, Ch2, Water vapor, Temperature, and Aerosol . Users can plot parameter mixing ratios and standard deviation versus pressure or altitude for single or multiple Sunrise or Sunset Events.
