Functional Changes

1. MCL Tag Added to all Stringmaster Trouble Tickets - All Trouble Tickets generated via Stringmaster or via the Max Children tool will have "MCL" prepended to the short description.
   
   
2. New VERSION File in All Strings - All instances of S4PM will contain a version file in the top station directory named 'VERSION'. This file will be generated and updated by Stringmaster.
   

Detailed File Changes

GdDbi.pm

• Fix to db_connect() so that if the mode was passed in as an argument, it would be used. This wasn't working, but usually we don't pass in the mode anyway.
  

specifydata.pl

• Minor enhancement to a log message when the process start and end times are almost the same.
  

stringmaster.pl

• Modified make_trouble_ticket() so that "MCL" (Master Change Log) appears in the subject line of Trouble Tickets automatically submitted.
• Added small subroutine to generate or update a VERSION file in the S4PM station directory containing the version of S4PM installed.
  

tk_max_children.pl

• Modified submit_tt_then_exit() so that "MCL" (Master Change Log) appears in the subject line of Trouble Tickets automatically submitted.
