GES DISC has Nimbus 5 data catalogs online

The Goddard Earth Sciences Data and Information Services Center (GES DISC) has placed Volumes 1-12 of the data catalogs for the Nimbus 5 mission online:

Nimbus 5 Data Catalog, Volumes 1-12

The data catalogs are part of the GES DISC and Earth Science Data and Information System (ESDIS) ongoing project to maintain long-term archives of historical Earth observation data from NASA missions.

Nimbus 5 was launched on December 11, 1972, and collected data through November 30, 1974.   Data from the instruments on Nimbus 5 and successor instruments on Nimbus 6 and Nimbus 7 provide baseline data for investigations of changing aspects of Earth's climate.
