NEESPI instance in Giovanni adds soil moisture data

AMSR-E on the Aqua satellite

Soil moisture data have been updated in the Giovanni NEESPI Monthly instance.  The soil moisture data, from the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer (AMSR-E) on NASA's Aqua satellite,  has been updated to version 5.  The data product was downloaded from the National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC).
