OCO-2 launched successfully. In a month OCO-2 will become the leader of the Afternoon Constellation.

GES-DISC scientist have ran OCO-2 data flow tests with JPL in May. Data has been ingested and successfully archived in GES-DISC test system. Furthermore, OCO-2 team successfully sent the data to ECHO and Mirador test systems. Tests currently continue.

We have created a small set of sample data files that have the expected format of OCO-2 data. These include all of the data you will find in public data distribution. Please find the link at co2.jpl.nasa.gov. You will find the data files, a data user's guide, and a small document on the sample data – listing caveats and showing some plots you can make to see if you can read and manipulate the data.
